Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d)

Our client, a global leader in providing innovative and sustainable solutions for their customers, is currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d).

Tasks:

  • As a Customer Service Specialist, you are the first point of contact for customer inquiries and ensure that outstanding customer service is provided.
  • You will process orders, inquiries and complaints, proactively looking for solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Close cooperation with other departments in order to process customer concerns in an efficient and targeted manner.
  • Identifying trends and customer needs in order to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

Profile:

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in customer service, ideally in a global company.
  • Strong communication skills and enjoy direct customer contact.
  • Solution-oriented way of thinking.
  • Good knowledge of common Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Team orientation and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
