Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d)
Our client, a global leader in providing innovative and sustainable solutions for their customers, is currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d).
Tasks:
- As a Customer Service Specialist, you are the first point of contact for customer inquiries and ensure that outstanding customer service is provided.
- You will process orders, inquiries and complaints, proactively looking for solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Close cooperation with other departments in order to process customer concerns in an efficient and targeted manner.
- Identifying trends and customer needs in order to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
Profile:
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in customer service, ideally in a global company.
- Strong communication skills and enjoy direct customer contact.
- Solution-oriented way of thinking.
- Good knowledge of common Office applications and CRM systems.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Team orientation and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
