Consultant in Recruiting (m/f/d)

What your tasks are:

• Active support of existing customers and acquisition of new customers, as well as the development of your own specialized network
• You manage the entire recruitment process from active sourcing to the successful filling of a position
• You define job profiles to the relevant stakeholders and create custom-fit job advertisements
• You are responsible for an excellent "Candidate Experience" and thus build up your talent pool

What you already bring:

• You have successfully completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree and have initial experience in recruiting
• You enjoy working with people and are outgoing
• You have a good ability to express yourself and a structured way of working
• You speak and write German and English fluently
