What your tasks are:

• Active support of our recruiting team in the operative day-to-day business
• Creation and editing of digital campaigns and job profile
• Scheduling and conducting telephone interviews
• Active sourcing support with the help of LinkedIn and other tools
• Support for ad-hoc analyses, projects and events

What you already bring:

• You are currently completing a bachelor's or master's degree and have a high affinity for the topic of recruiting
• You enjoy working with people and are outgoing
• You have a good ability to express yourself and a structured way of working
• You speak and write German and English fluently
